Reconditioning
Overstock Electrical offers full reconditioning for most PLC, Automation and control products.
In the unfortunate event that a product malfunctions, many suppliers recommend replacing the entire product. Often, these items are in working order, and the problem lies in an isolated part of the product. We can repair or replace parts from most major manufacturers - new and obsolete.
Our reliable engineers will assess, repair, and certify the condition of your equipment and provide a full 1 year warranty on systems we repair or replace.
Our reconditioning processes usually fall under the following major categories:
- Investigation - complete disassembly of the product (as necessary) and checking for individual component wear and damage.
- Cleaning - cleaning, re-soldering, re-plating, re-painting, re-finishing, and lubrication of key components.
- Replacement - identify and replace any components that cannot be fixed to factory specifications.
- Calibration & Testing - ensure that the product functions to factory specifications, with no exceptions.
- Certification - once the item has been properly calibrated and tested, we certify the product and give it our stamp of approval - our full one year warranty.
